Delivery Information

Delivery & Returns

Items will be delivered by a method chosen by you the customer at the check out please pay careful attention to the service you select as this can not be changed once your order has been processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Customers are required to send items back to us at their own cost via any courier if they do not suit their requirements.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on items if they have been used, opened or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Parcels must be sent back via post only- we do not accept returns in person to our distribution centre. All parcels returned in person not via the postal service can be rejected/returned to sender/not processed. We do not have any retail stores/outlets to purchase or return items to.

We strongly advise that customers inspect their order upon receipt of the parcel for any manufacturers defects that could have possible been missed throughout the checking process. We have a dedicated control team, however, in some circumstances these errors can sometimes be missed, so it is highly advisable to apply checks before using a purchased item.

Please note we will ensure that couriers are trustworthy and reliable however we can not take responsibility for delays in service caused by the courier.


We offer the following delivery options. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We accept orders from and deliver to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Bahrain, Brazil, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. If we are unable to deliver, our carrier may return your parcel to its depot and leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at info@infinatura.com to arrange redelivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather.
